On Thursday The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Gregory M. Stivers’ age 26 of Seneca Falls, for criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment in the 2nd following a domestic dispute. Stivers was involved in a physical altercation with a female resident. Stivers was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and ROR to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 6th at 9:00 am.
